  Le jaquier (the jaquier): The jacquier, or jaquier,  is a tree of the family of Moraceae, native of India and Bangladesh, cultivated and introduced into most of the tropical regions particularly for the eatable fruits.

The Breadfruit is one of the highest-yielding food plants, with a single tree producing up to 200 or more fruits per season.  We can cook them as chips for barbecue on the beach, they are simply fried with some salt on the top.... We can alsso eat them in purée or even make a cake out of it, it is delicious....
